Everything is fresh and delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting. The music was bumping.

It's changed they no longer have the same menu and it has been patted down extremely
I miss the prior spring rolls with the crunch inside and they no longer do that.
Many of my favorite dishes with the crispy fried noodles are gone.
What happened to the original Saigon Noodle House?

They changed their name to Saigon Bistro II
The service was REALLY slow. I am from the Bay Area (California) and my parents are from Vietnam. We are used to QUICK service and this place took a lot longer. We weren't the only ones looking around for our food either.
Luckily the food wasn't bad. I got pho dac biet and my fiancé got Bún bò Hu. Bún bò Hu was okay. At least the ch la in the bún bò hu was good. The pho was good. I would come back for the pho.
I'll have to try the bánh mì next time. -

Great restaurant outside Hong Kong market. I've had combination beef pho, seafood pho, and wonton noodle pho - all excellent. Served with lots of fresh vegetables and exceedingly friendly staff. Inexpensive and always huge portions. The place is consistently clean and picked up. Worth a drop in if you're in the mood for Vietnamese food before going to the market.
